• Sick Leave Entitlement: Standard number of sick leave days allocated annually
• Carried Over Days: Unused sick leave days from previous year
• Additional Days: Extra sick leave days granted for specific reasons
• Used Days: Sick leave days already taken in the current year
• Remaining Days: Available sick leave days for the current year

Changes to sick leave entitlement will affect the employee's available sick days for the year.
